These SMS Terms and Conditions govern Titan Tech's use of text messaging (SMS/MMS) to communicate with our clients and contacts. By opting in to receive messages from Titan Tech, you agree to these terms.

Titan Tech uses SMS messaging solely for service-related communications. We do not use this channel for promotional marketing campaigns.

1. Message Types

Messages sent from Titan Tech may include:

  • Support ticket updates — status changes, technician assignments, and resolution notices
  • Outage & incident notifications — alerts for active issues affecting your services
  • Appointment reminders — on-site visit confirmations and scheduling updates
  • Account notifications — password resets, security alerts, and account activity
  • General service communications — maintenance windows, policy updates, and follow-ups

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and active support engagements. You may receive more messages during active incidents or scheduled maintenance windows.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Titan Tech is not responsible for charges incurred from your carrier.

3. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Titan Tech through your existing client relationship. Opt-in is captured during onboarding or by contacting Titan Tech directly at help@titan.tech or 513-400-4072.

To start receiving messages, text START or YES to our number.

4. How to Opt Out

You may unsubscribe at any time. Reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message to opt out. You will receive a one-time confirmation and will not receive further SMS messages from Titan Tech.

Note: Opting out of SMS does not affect your support relationship or other communication channels.

8. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Titan Tech cannot guarantee message delivery times, as they are subject to your mobile carrier's network and policies.

9. Changes to These Terms

Titan Tech reserves the right to update these SMS Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued receipt of messages after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
