These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Titan Tech, LLC ("Titan Tech," "we," "us," or "our") website at www.titan.tech and any software, applications, or integrations we make available (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Clients with a service agreement

If you receive IT services from Titan Tech under a signed agreement, that agreement governs those services. If it conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls.

2. Software and integrations

Some of our software is used only internally to run Titan Tech's own business. For example, our integration with Intuit QuickBooks Online connects only to Titan Tech's own accounting records; it is not offered to, and is not used on behalf of, customers.

Where we make software available to you, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use it for its intended purpose and in line with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of our software, except where the law allows it despite this restriction, or use it to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.

3. Third-party services

The Services may connect to or link to services operated by others, such as Intuit QuickBooks. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services.

4. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to break the law, to interfere with or disrupt the Services or any connected system, to attempt unauthorized access to any account, system, or data, or to transmit malicious code.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including their content, design, logos, and software, are owned by Titan Tech or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not give you any ownership rights.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Information on our website is for general information only and is not professional advice for your specific situation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Titan Tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). This section does not limit liability under any signed service agreement, which is governed by its own terms.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Warren County, Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
